Indicates how professionally and effectively a unit can use its skills. It is leveled up by completing quests.

Education:

Gives a boost to level progression, unique skills, unique professions ****(some professions can only be obtained during education).

Profession:

Unlocks access to new skills and abilities.

Conditions for obtaining:

Can be obtained after completing education for a certain profession.

Can be obtained when reaching a certain level (and choose how the unit will develop further).

Characteristic values increase during several events:

• Completing quests/orders - depending on the actions on the quests, if the unit fought, then one set of characteristics will improve, if everything was done stealthily, then skills related to stealth will improve;
• Going through random situations - during travels on the game map, different random events can occur with the unit/units, and as a result of these events, various changes in the characteristics of the units can occur.
